This is why I think "kosovaaaa" should have sat down with BG and hammered something that would work/not work for both sides from the beginning.

this is a great development because now kosovo can show to the west what serbia does. serbia continues its destructive politics toward its neighbors and this gives kosovo no reason to abolish the taxes.
