Other nations are timing their exit and we, after 15 years of being told soon after you arrest this person or that person or change this or sell this... tell the people the truth.

They never want us to be there, it's obvious.

I knew that even way back when we arrested all our heroes for this pie in the sky. I've been saying it for a long time and even if we were to get acceptance it would be a catastrophic move.
Look at UK. How hard is it for them to get out of that club now? If UK has found it to be against their interests why does Serbia think it's in Serbia's interests? They value UK a lot more than Serbia so what exactly does Serbia think it will gain, especially after giving away it's sovereignty?
Do Serbs have any rational thought left?

The EU is a club governed by the rich countries of the West. For them, the "European ideal" is "what can I gain at the expense of others". Who are the French for saying that the EU is not ready to expand? Did they suffer decades of socialism? Of course not. Did they suffer decades of deprivation? No, not at all. Europe is not just the EU. Serbia would be wise to set its goal at something better: Not joining this "club" of European hipocrites, but staying independent and free.

The problem with Albos they think the EU's streets are paved in 24 carat gold. Haven't you people learnt form your last effort of kissing US arse and thinking that in 1999 the US would shower Albos with gold and all they ended up with is the eagle.

Surely being indigenous to the Balkans would count for something? Nope they wouldn't piss on Albos if they were on fire, but they expect them to die if need be for freedom and democracy.

What is bad in the EU are the monies from Brussels to be "misplaced".
I am afraid, the preference #1 is the money to be stolen.

At least this is the Hungarian practice. Besides of a great passport to be used to live in a better Western country there is very little benefit.

The Hungarian (road) infrastructure was improved tough. The rest (education, public transport, banking, manufacturing, medical) just suffered to a degree we do not depend on any of these.

For 99.99% of foreign travel, job and and car ownership: the almighty US passport. For medical: a major Western EU country, thanks to that puny Hungarian passport of no other importance.

Other jobs are relevant in RU and IL.

We need the EU - like a little goldfish is in need of a bike.
