EUs policy towards Kosovo has been all stick and no carrot. While Serbia is opening accession chapters Kosovo has endured the most requirements/criteria for visa liberation --- still to this day EU has not done kept their word.

At the end of a day this *Kosovo receives taxes from eu countries tax payers.
If any talks are to be held UN building is the right place.

Apart opening Camp Bondsteel what have the US done for your Albos? Absolutely SFA or in colloquial English NOTHING. Everything they have done is in their interests not yours. If I am wrong then show me what have they done for their great ally the Albos to alleviate the massive level of unemployment? NOTHING AT ALL.
