The US will remain absolutely silent. The Serbs will react militarily, as any normal country would against terrorists, and then all hell would break loose on Serbia. More US-led sanctions? Maybe even military intervention yet again? Mitrovica? Gone in 24 hours. And the Albanians would be overjoyed to see their land ethnically cleansed of the last remaining Serbian communities.
