Haradinaj's cabinet chief, Avni Arifi, has accused EU's Federica Mogherini of taking the side of Belgrade by "conditioning the continuation of the dialogue."

Says the side that has conditioned the continuation of dialogue. These people are an effing joke.

This is only because Ms Mogerini is realizing that rightful owner of KiM is rep. Serbia province.
To be honest with you Mr arafi my feel was that ms mogerini and eu had been mistreating Mr A Vucic and Mr Dacic for consirable time and if you like treating us all as a '"door mat'. Like we are yours ethnic minority not the other way around. The time has come for eu to it foot down and not use time in Brussels as past time, hobby.
As for your platform we do not recognize your Parahiah country and not your platform. Feel free keep producing them but mind trees. Time mogerini, eu realize we Serbs are not no ones door mat.

Vucic is blaming the taxes for not continuing with the dialogue but let's face it, he is scared to death of what is expected of him in this agreement!
1. Recognizing Kosova
2. Co-operate with Kosova to find the missing war civilians
3. Turn in all the criminals for their crimes
4. Pay for all the damages caused to Kosova

He is trying to avoid the UNAVOIDABLE!

When in the history of anything have Albanians ever won a war? Even with all demands for an "army" in Kosovo met, it would still be little less than 25% of what would constitute Serbia's armed forces.

But yes, I agree with settling differences. It's the only way you can finally be uprooted and sent packing back to Albania, though it's a bit of a cheeky statement for you to make since you wrote it from the safety of the United States.
