Staff, you don't seem to have a clue, let me educate you:
- Kosovo will have Presheva Valley and the delimitation will happen in Sanxhak.
- There will be Albanian cantons in every Illyrian historical site and every Byzantine church built before the Slav migration into Serbia. KFOR will guard those.
- There will also be revenue sharing from all of Serbia's mines and state property with Kosovo, because Albanians have paid taxes to fund all these properties and have not benefited from it.
- Serbia will pay war reparation fees to Kosovo for the lives taken and destruction caused and apologize for the war crimes.
- Serbia will be a multicultural country and Albanian and other significant minority languages will be official in Serbia.

The kosovo status for the rest of the world including russia was resolved in 2008 when the empire of this world USA recognized kosovo as an independent state even putin admited it when he anexed crimea only for serbia and serbian chetniks kosovo is a problem

I could actually get behind delimitation, but it can't be simply at the Ibar. That is not enough for Serbia to get back. The enclaves in the south must be included as apart of any agreement even if not all of them have a territorial link with the rest of Serbia.

The remaining Serbs will not be able to survive if this is not included. But if the enclaves are able to move forward as functioning parts of Serbia, it can be a basis for the return of 200 thousand Serbs that were ethnically cleansed during the war. Also, special extra territorial status for the monasteries must be included.

If not, Serbia simply does not get enough back in return. And any one in Belgrade who would agree to conditions that only include Serbia returning to the north, is not thinking about national interests but their own.

If these minimal standards cannot be agreed upon, it's the Albanians that lose more than Serbia. Everyone pretended for so long that this was a "done deal", now overnight it turned to "please make a deal ASAP".

-There are also discussions about to share profits from Trepca. This is among the hardest discussions.

This has been discussed for some time now Genti and our beloved US is part of it, they even lead the discussions.

In the text I wrote I forgot to mention one thing. US demands to have Bondsteel where it is although smaller. Other Kfor bases that will remain are Kfor base Novo Selo France to cover Mitrovica and Kfor base Pec which will cover west/south. The German Kfor base in Prizren will close.
So, if you dont belive me, I couldnt care less. You will wake up when all is settled.

I do not think that after 20 years people would come back. They build up a live somewhere else. Maybe 15.000 but not more I would expect.
