WestSwan, Russia is Russia and they'll always be a Serbian ally. China, also an ally, is not only investing in Serbia, but pushing hard to invest all over the world, lately Africa; consequently, the US hates this, and is trying to make it difficult for them to penetrate into US geopolitical strongholds. The US propaganda and sanctions machine is running at full throttle against both, China and Russia. France and Germany, will continue to pursue investment in Serbia; however, because of their stance on KiM, it should be made more difficult - however,, there is politics at play and you have to weigh the consequences. The US dropped the ball big time in the Balkans, and now they're scrambling and losing support for their little ill-advised project. Maybe because the rest of the major players all want to invest in Serbia....

Spending money on Serbian military while its people are probably struggling to survive in the outer districts. Hmmm...So Serbia lets in China and Russia to help with the finances. France to build roads?? Strange way to run a country by a govt. Cheers.
