Serbia should offer France to Build Serbia Metro. But First France and Macron has to Support Serbian people and theirs Kosovo That should be the Condition for France. Should they choose to accept.

Put the French companies at the bottom of the list for govt tenders, the same way Vucic got treated at the 1st war centenary in France last year. Why even waste time with Macron as he wants business in Serbia and at the same time back stab Serbia like USA and UK
If we even have the money to build the Belgrade metro why would we give it to France when we can give it to the Chinese for much cheaper! We should be making contract payments to the enemies of NATO wherever possible!
