-There will be Serbian cantons in all serbian church/monastary places including Patriach of Pec and Decani monastery and serbian majority villages and places.
-Kfor will stay to guard those places with international military. (Just like Nato are present in some countries after WW 2.)

Albanians will have:

-The rest of Kosovo as a country.
-Membership UN, Unesco etc etc.
-Maybe Presevo town, not Bujanovac and not corridor south/north.

You can't lease something that doesn't belong to you. This temporary occupation of Serbian land will go away just like the lease in the very near future.

This may be an odd question to ask and a strange scenario but suppose an American traveler or expat residing in Kosovo got arrested and charged with criminal disrespect of an ethnic Albanian police official by addressing him or her as a "po po" ( the American slang term for police that sounds like saying 'yes yes' in Albanian as I stated more than once) would that really create such a rift between Pristina & Washington if an American got arrested for what some consider a petty reason even though the U.S. probably advices its citizens that if you immigrate to or visit Kosovo you have to realize it's a sovereign nation where you're subject to their civil laws and that not even the U.S. embassy can interfere with Kosovo's judicial system.
