Germany have as much power in UN as Mexico, Spain, Denmark or Phillipines. They are counted as any other country, big or small.
The deciding countries are the five permanent members, i.e US, Russia, UK, China and France. No one else.

That said, as long as Serbia says no for Kosovo to be an independent state, and has the support of ONE of those five, nothing will happen.

If Res 1244 is not valid any more why is Kosovo not a member of the UN, Interpol, Unesco, etc. Res 1244 is recognised in the offices of the UN and there is nothing you can do about it. From 116 recognitions down to barely over 100. Seems its going in the wrong direction.

In your mind 1244 has died but in the real world it is still valid no matter how much you keep on saying the opposite. If it did not exist then the UN would not be in Kosovo.
You can’t make it go away just by repeating it over and over again no matter how much you may wish this to happen.
A bunch of unwashed rabble declaring so called independence does not make it so and as far as the US is concerned they are only there for Camp Bondsteel and nothing more. Like Syria it will have to withdraw in the long run and it will be quicker if there is another world recession because this one will be even more savage than 2008 since the US has no reserves left. Printing money is out of the question and it’s either borrow even more or live within the current limits. The US will be looking at making some savage spending cuts.
As far as your army is concerned, that’s a joke since you don’t have the cash to sustain it but I do note many of your people think they will get freebies from the US/NATO, training and arms etc. Little advice, Tito is dead and the US does not give anything for free anymore.
