Teodor, even when US and Russia agrees in the future about this I have written about, there must be voting that no one is against it in Unsc. Otherwise 1244 will continue. 1244 is dead. it doesnt apply to kosovo because the international court clearly stated that the Declaration of Kosova Independence was legal. That unanimous decision became binding to both kosovo and serbia. Kosovo is a sovereign nation now

Teodor, even when US and Russia agrees in the future about this I have written about, there must be voting that no one is against it in Unsc. Otherwise 1244 will continue. 1244 is dead. it doesnt apply to kosovo because the international court clearly stated that the Declaration of Kosova Independence was legal. That unanimous decision became binding to both kosovo and serbia. Kosovo is a sovereign nation now
