So apparent that you the Serbs are desperate to remove these tariffs but the drive to confined self-harm also known as "Srpski inat" is not allowing you to be seen on your knees begging the Albanians directly hence you gladly kneel before the Europeans to act on your behalf to beg the Albanians to remove the tariffs - and that's what Hahn is doing.
