She wants Kosova to remove the taxes in the name of good neighborly relations but at the same time she wants to work against that same agreement herself by trying to get other countries to revoke recognitions. I would ask USA, why, then, USA do not oblige Albanian American Civic League, and it president, the former US senator and his wife, to stop lobbying, for "the human rights" for all Albanians in the Balkans and for creation of Great Albania ? Besides, why the EU expels Albanians from Albania to Kosovo ? Helping the creation of great Albania ?

I'm not sure you understand the term dictator. how can one hold absolute power in a system with electoral rules? perhaps you think that during a president or prime minister's tenure the hold appropriate levels of constitutional power, which may allow for an absolute like control, but ultimately a voting system prevents absolute power.
one could argue along the same vein the the kosovo leader-partnership of thaci and haradinaj too smells a little dictatorial like, a bit like a putin-medvedev style rotation, as you do about vucic. when you look at it without bias you may notice a similar mode of operation between the two sets of leadership. hard to listen to the pot calling the kettle black with a straight face.
