Oh my God.
People with such amount of money have much better passports already. Such as Singapore or Malaysian, USA, An Australian.
Wonder if anyone needs "montegro passport" apart refugees.

GREAT IDEA BUT I THINK THEY SHOULD OPENE TO ALL MONTENEGRO BECAUSE INVESTORS MAY WANT A CHOICE ALSO WHERE TO INVEST THEIR MONEY. LITTLE FLEXIBILITY WILL BE BETTER I THINK. MONTENEGRO HAS NOT MUCH RESOURCES BUT IS GOVERNED BY VERY SMART PEOPLE. MY FIRST CHOICE OF INVESTING IS ALBANIA,BUT SECOND IS MONTENEGRO.

What sticks out to me is the fact that no one will be able to audit these funds. I think this is just another ploy by Djukanovic, and his Western Puppet cronies, to line their already dirty pockets. MN citizens better wake up soon, the future looks bleak right now and the near future.

Crna Gora moved to the west by hoping that it would bring gold and riches to the country like USA. It did to a certain extent but it ended up in the pockets of Milo and his cronies. The west is heading to a economic recession and collapse. Milo is desparate for investment as the people are growing impatient.
Wouldn't be surprised if the country go down the same path as Ukraine and Serb populated areas declare independence from Crna Gora and Albanian parts move to Kosovo. After all, Crna Gora is a strong supporter of Pristina

$100,000 for a 3rd rate passport just to have my original passport revoked? You would have to be a moron... Or albanian drug dealing gangster.

Who on earth would want citizenship of Montenegro? A third rate banana republic just above the level of Albania (and that is absolute rock bottom).
