GREAT IDEA BUT I THINK THEY SHOULD OPENE TO ALL MONTENEGRO BECAUSE INVESTORS MAY WANT A CHOICE ALSO WHERE TO INVEST THEIR MONEY. LITTLE FLEXIBILITY WILL BE BETTER I THINK. What sticks out to me is the fact that no one will be able to audit these funds. I think this is just another ploy by Djukanovic, and his Western Puppet cronies, to line their already dirty pockets. MN citizens better wake up soon, the future looks bleak right now and the near future.
