Easy for you to say, diaspora boy. Go tell that to the Serbian farmers that depend on selling their products to Kosovo. See if they think it's a big deal? The current tariffs have even more impact in RS Bosnia where 10% of the jobs are at risk because of these tariffs.

Anyways, this is just the beginning and just an initial warning to Serbia. Tariffs will be soon implemented by Albania, then followed by Macedonia, Croatia and Montenegro. Serbia will be cornered like a rat from all sides. You want to be little Russia, but you are way too little and poor, so all you can do is talk cheap and complain.

Does anyone know if Tariff is an Albanian surname? You know, like Azir "Strap On A Suicide Vest" Tariff, Ramush "The Bouncer" Tariff, Edi "Drug Trafficker" Tariff, Enver "Organ Trafficker" Tariff, Safet "Goat Lover" Tariff, Hashim "The Anatolian" Tariff - this name just sound so familiar lately in this forum, not sure why.

Ramush Haradinaj is the biggest obstacle to peace in the Balkans. His rhetoric is extremely damaging to any progress for both Kosovo and Serbia. He seems to have inserted himself as the sole speaker for Kosovo. Where is Thaçi in all this? Who is the true leader of Kosovo?
(Patrick, 1 January 2019 20:52

Pat, this is the typical "good cop, bad cop" tactic. Unfortunately for Thaci and Haradinaj, they're not good at it - especially since Europe's been on to them since day one. This only works in Hollywood, and I think they've been watching too many Western movies.

Great New Year message for Serbs. This is the only language they understand.
(Avni, 1 January 2019 20:35)

You mean the language that “Kosovo i Metohia is Serbia”. And yes, that it will be so “forever”. And that KiM will forever have Serbia as its member in the UN.
Agreed, this is a great new year message and the only language Serbs understand.

Wow, big words from Ramush. Did he do his Harvard education online? Did Clinton and Albright signed his Harvard Certificate? A monkey is far more intelligent than Ramush. The soviets sent one into space and it made its way back to earth without issues. If Ramush left Kosovo, can he make his way back on his own????

f Serbia is getting so much foreign investment, why is Dacic constantly complaining, to no avail, about the 100% tariff imposed on Serbia. The fact of the matter is there are many Kosova Serbs in dire need of all types of aid, yet Serbia cannot help them.
(Mary, 2 January 2019 04:35)

Mary you are a very simple person and cant see the difference between an orchestrated campaign against your Albos while behind closed doors being laughed at. Yes there is plenty of foreign investment in Serbia.
For example the German company Leoni is now building an industrial complex in Kraljevo that will employ about 5,000 people. This is its 3rd factory and it will be the single biggest employer in Serbia.
Then we have Siemens in Kragujevac which has purchased 200 hectares and is now building a huge complex which will construct modern trains and trams. When this complex is finished and with all the associated industries that go in there about 10,000 people will be employed. You have to get this in your head Kosovo is NOT an economic power house. Its nothing.
If you have not worked it out by now let me tell you the Serbs are putting on an act for the world to show what is going on in Kosovo. Nothing more.

The Serbs are letting you hang yourselves that’s all. Let me tell you that Pristina cannot sell anything – not a blessed thing since it’s all contested by Belgrade. All the mineral resources are contested or should I say stagnant LOL.
CEFTA is a legally binding document that has legitimate penalties if any part is not fulfilled. The EU has said it will deal with the issue and Belgrade is more than willing to let them deal with Albos.
As far as getting others in the region on board, I would not hold my breath on that one LOL.
On the issue of open borders with Alboland, that is only digging the hole deeper for your Albos LOL. No one will recognise such an association – NO ONE. It also shows Albos cannot keep any agreement they sign meanwhile Brussels is meeting any financial shortfall Serbia may suffer which I doubt is happening.
What is Rastus going to do after 6 months of nothing happing? Go to war? LOL
All this is just smoke to take attention away from you guys about the rotting economy in Kosovo.

LOL "behaving like Croatia?" You serious? First of all, Croatia is at least a legitimate country; not some narco-kleptocracy run by a bunch of terrorists. Second, what is the comparison with Croatia? You referring to that episode a year or two ago when Croatia imposed economic sanctions on Serbia - for what reason? Being accused of acting like a bunch of Ustashe and getting offended by it?

Oh no, wait, that was the migrant problem when Zoran Milanovic threatened to close the border with Serbia and got burned by Merkel for it.

You forget that the EU squeezed Croatia to relent after a week or so? You really want to look up to one of the poorest countries in the EU with a population that's draining by the tens of thousands every year?

At least Croatia has a tourist economy it can rely on for 6 of the 12 months of the year. What does Kosovo have?

And don't forget, Rambo's been told repeatedly by the EU to cut the crap. Other than Edi Rama, he's got no friends, so I don't know what you're getting excited over. He's digging himself deeper and deeper int o the mess he created as a way of screaming for attention he's not getting :)

Ramush has to be the biggest blockhead trying to lead a pariah state. Does he really think that the trade between Serbia and Kosovo resulted in the ability of Serbia to buy arms from Russia! Serbia has diverted the trade to the republic of Macedonia and the goods flow back to Kosovo. Is Ramush stupid to block trade with the republic of Macedonia as well.

Haha, 100% tariffs? BIG DEAL! Serbian exports are over 17 billion per year and growing! Exports to Kosovaa* are only 500 million! That's a tiny amount. Virtually insignificant. The real issue is that Serbia has a growing economy, increasing foreign investment, and decreasing unemployment. Serbia has 4 times the population of Kosovaa**, but exports 45 times more! Lol

sj

pre 5 godina

Well that's OK but just how many US companies have relocated to Kosvoa? Surely they are your cloeset allies and should be banging on your doors to open shop? No? they are doing that in Serbia proper LOL.

No one cares if they keep these taxes on for ever since its not really hurting Serbia but only a diversion for Albos to take away attention from the real problems they encounter of high unemployment both old and young and if relatives did not send money back there would be starvation, low living standards etc. What is going to happen in 6 months say when nothing changes? There is only one thing left and that is war.
I'd think hard about that one because whoever starts it will be finished.

What is Rastus going to do after 6 months of nothing happing? Go to war? LOL
All this is just smoke to take attention away from you guys about the rotting economy in Kosovo.

Watcher,
If Serbia is getting so much foreign investment, why is Dacic constantly complaining, to no avail, about the 100% tariff imposed on Serbia. The fact of the matter is there are many Kosova Serbs in dire need of all types of aid, yet Serbia cannot help them.

I'm surprised Ramush hasn't renamed Pristina university to Harvard. He seems to be a very intelligent individual that thinks he can dictate the EU on anything he likes thanks to the state dept backing.
Time will tell how long he will last. History shows that USA lap dogs go out of fashion when not needed.

(Genti, 2 January 2019 14:41)

None of what you said will be impactful or is true.. Funny, talk is cheap..Try again!!
