On average, there are slightly more men in the world today than women - but for simplicity sake, lets call it 50% so the Albanians can understand it. So, you're population in KiM is 1.6 million, and dropping every day. Based on the earlier parameter, 800k are men, and yes, that would leave 800k women. Let's say because of the aging population 250k are too old to fight, and let's say, because you can't afford to overbreed anymore, only 250 are too young to fight.
