1244 called for NATO to guarantee security and disarm all militias. Allowing a Kosovo army would be in violation of 1244. Training a Kosovo army would be an egregious violation so I'm guessing Kosovo won't be receiving NATO training.

Someone's forgotten to tell Trump that. He stopped financing NATO and is expecting NATO countries to finance themselves.

The KSF was trained in basic skills, such as leadership, EOD disposal and other civilian applications pertinent to disaster response. We never trained the KSF in military combat. I was deployed to Bondsteel and I know what we taught the KSF. Combat was not one of the subjects. One skills that the KSF was good at was laziness.
