EU doesn't have any teeth, not credibility to make these kind of big deals.

The only ones who are going to solve Kosovo issue, will be US and Russia.
They will cut a deal together ( such as 2 town halls in North go to Serbia and Presevo with Kosovo or something similar) and will call Vucic and Thaci to sign it.
Kosovo will get UN seat and Serbia will say we did everything and got something, and may get very close to EU.
Case closed.

It is time for Haradinaj/Thaci to save face and get on with EU negotiations on more than autonomy and less than independence to help all people live better lives irrespective of ethnicity in Serbia's UN recognised southern province.

I'm surprised he didn't say KSF becoming an army to be revoked but the embargo holds more weight. I guess that 1 out of 26 EUR example means more to Belgrade than Vucic lead us to believe.

It's clear that dialog is finished. Frankly, there is no point having a dialog aimed at finding solutions, if nothing that was previously agreed is implemented, but things that were not agreed go ahead.
