EU and Serbia sign EUR 97 million IPA 2017 package

A part of the IPA (Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance) for 2017 amounting to over EUR 97 million was signed on Monday in Brussels, Tanjug is reporting.

Well done Serbia! When did anyone hear of any major investments or company's moving part of its operations to Kosovo? If not manufacturing, start-ups, IT, or tourism? Apart from drug dealing, organ trafficking and crime, what sector in Kosova* are showing real signs of growth?

This is good news! Serbia can manipulate these funds into their Military Complex, and offset the silly little tax the Albs are so proud of... just a way for the EU to counter the Albanian stupidity. After all, who do you think they prefer in the EU? Certainly not Europe's youngest ISIS stronghold...
