Hmmm, let's see. Serbs control 49% of the territory of B-H and yet have only 33% of the population. Prior to the war in B-H, Serbs controlled 30% of the territory. Serbs grew their territory significantly and established Republika Srpska which, for all intents and purposes, operates as an independent country. I'd say the Serbs won quite a bit in B-H. If, and when Kosovo does really become independent, this will bring Republika Srpska closer to full independence also. Be careful what you wish for.

On top to this, it's the only State in Europe that's considered TERRORIST - however, we know the US/CIA like to arm terrorists, see ISIS and Al Qaeda for reference, and in every turn it has backfired as it will in KiM.
