"Net FX reserves at highest month-end level since 2000"

National Bank of Serbia (NBS) gross foreign exchange reserves amounted to 11.62 billion euros at the end of November - up by 76.2 million from a month earlier.

THOSE FUNDS MUST BE FROZEN, AND CONFISCATED TO BE AWARDED TO

I'm not an economist, but does the 100% illegal tax from KiM come into play here??? Based on the Albanian comments here, Serbia was supposed to shut down because of the tax.
