Vucic and Thaci have already planned this out months/a year ago. A skirmish will break out. Both forces will have some contact and occupy land that has already been delineated by both. This will be the moment where each will accept the situation. As both will have lost and both will have won "something"! Then you'll see real talks on recognition or final agreement in the spring of 2019. And the people will, as always, be the losers unfortunately. Great plan guys, NOT!
