What does that have to do with electricity?

That brings down number of "Kosovars" murdered by "Serb army and paramilitary units" down , doesn't it?
In fact, non-Albanian civilian population suffered much more then Albanians, proportionally to their percentage of population. I mean....if somebody dropped atomic bomb on Kosovo 90% of civilian victims would be Albanians - there was their proportion of population!
And consider that this was WAR data. What happened SINCE the war , we all know.
