The term "separatist" is used with ease when it come to Ukraine, but not when it's about Kosovo or Northern Cyprus, Konstantin Kosachev has observed.

You must not live in the west because every news item, whether in the US, UK, Canada or Australia relating to Ukraine mentions Russian separatists.

I think, "separatist" is something different.
Not sure regarding some dumbos in Pristina - but "Donkey Hoxha" is a more practical moniker for few regulars here.
I propose, that name should stick to them permanently.

Because Western newspapers and media outlets are desperate to glop as much lipstick on this pig and call it a supermodel, that's why. Then they get all confused when Kosovo doesn't get into international organizations like "other states". BBC still lists it as a territory, and Google maps gives Kosovo dotted borders, just like they do to every other separatist entity around the world.

because kosovo is a country now. separatist now are the serbs trying to destroy the peace. maybe more bombs on belgrade would change the way savage serbia behaves with the neighbors.

The term separatist was used about Kosovo.
It is not used now because they are no longer considered separatists, it is considered a state by most.
The term separatist is not used in Ukraine either, most people just call them Russians.

So funny. So clueless. So desperate. The same can be said about you. Serbia calls Albanians terrorists, but doesn't call that Russian terrorists in Ukraine.
