At the end of the day Germans tried to replace the SS Skenderbeg by cossacks of Shkuro and Vlasov-collaborateurs. The reason was that the cossacks and "Vlasovci" focused on fighting the Red Army and Tito, but SS Skenderbeg was concentrated on robbery and rapine.

That gave the nazis really bad "popularity" and no support.

This is all historic facts, don't say I am "anti-Albanian".
