Sadly, Mustapha this is a BS story for the media and people like you have taken it up, as a fisherman would say, hook line and sinker.
It does not work like that and the reason why is because what would the EU do if Belgrade says NO. Then there is no room for any negotiations. Its called not cutting off your nose to spite your face LOL.

The policy of the stick and the carrots toward our negotiating process, in these circumstances, has become obsolete and I hope that the EU and the member states who have more political tact will treat Serbia as a serious candidate and a reliable partner and thus send a better messages to our citizens. We, certainly as a government, our work of reforms is being done by the reforms, sometimes faster, sometimes slower, but without any doubt we are advancing and that should be recognized in a credible way by the EU and the member states," Joksimovic said.

Da nema Kosova čime bi ova naša vlast pravdala sebe i svoj "nerad". Uzgred tačnije rečeno, ono što našoj vladi ne odgovara, to je da uspostave zakonodavnu, izvršnu i sudsku vlast, da institucije konačno prorade i da sve to bude bez partijskog, a naročito "ličnog nadzora i uplitanja". A ako bi se to desilo, postali bi da tako kažem "normalna država" koja bi onda i sama po sebi bila poželjna da bude član EU. Ali onda kako bi muvali sa putevima, da li bi tada mogli "nesrećnu Slaviju" krpiti pet puta, da zakoni čas važe, a čas ne važe, naravno u zavisnosti na koga se odnose...itd...itd
