Kosovars want peace with everyone. Serbs don’t. Kosovars will strive for peace through dialogue, but if that’s not working they will be working behind the scenes and ensure through their army that there will be hell to pay if Serbia started trouble. That will ensure peace. Serbs will thank Kosovars for having a strong military since it would take an act of war on Serbias part off the table as not a viable option to achieve their desires of domination. Let's wait and see if this happens, then you can come back and make a statement like this; otherwise, it's just cannon fodder.....
