You should learn that according to the UN, Yugoslavia did not “disappear” in 2006.
According to the UN, Yugoslavia was succeeded and became Serbia.
If you “think” otherwise, them perhaps you should change your thinking or contact the UN and convince them otherwise.

territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia and the other States

Next, who is the sucsessor of Yu ?

It was Serbia-Montenegro. Then Montenegro voted to be independent and Serbia, with its southern province, became Serbia. It matters not what I think, it matters not what you think. Res 1244 is there and thats why some supporters of Kosovo are trying to get rid of it because they know that as long as it is valid with China and Russia blocking it, as long Kosovo is a Serbian province.
I have discussed this with many many international law professionals over the years, and all say ”Yes, its a obstacle for the albanians thats impossible to go around.” Believe me? I could not care less. Reality bites !

It may have succeeded but it did so without the former makeup of what was Yugoslavia, so realistically serbia lost what compromised Yugoslavia Montenegro, Kosova! In fact I’m am quite surprising more of what still remains of Serbia hasn’t seemed to break away yet? Maybe in the near future given how things have went so far!
