The difference is that the Serbian government is the only government in the Balkans that is working to redress that situation by enticing investment and it looks like its working. In Kragujevac alone Siemens has recently bought about 200 hectares of land and building its factory which when finished together with ancillary industries to support the main factory will employ up to 7,000 people. This is only one place there are others.
Kosovo’s constitution requires to be amended before an army can be formed and it stipulates that all parties must agree to the amendment not just Albos otherwise it fails. Even the EU and NATO have said as much. NATO has no objections provided all parties agree to an amendment. No army unless you take stupidity pills.

The constitution requires changing and for that to occur ALL parties must agree. The west wrote your constitution not Belgrade. The Serbs have not agreed even though your Albo politicians have “passed” certain motions.

Sadly, the news about Croatian Airline and Croatian sleeping cars to Munich are true. All money spent to restore the vintage JZ cars is wasted. These are very nice cars, I want to use them even if I would go to Beijing.
Unfortunately these cars won't be used, the managers are nowhere to find. This is true.

So it's not as clear as you like to think - either what you think NATO said, or what you retroactively believe you people were in 1999, because the only thing unstoppable you were in 1999 was running towards the Albanian border after getting your asses kicked by Serbian counter-terrorist forces before NATO stepped in.

Hmm, I seem to recall that Serbia went up against the KLA, which even with all that training, weapons, organization and international money still managed to almost get you wiped out had it not been for NATO's mission of mercy to prevent the rest of us from referring to you in the past tense. The difference is that the Serbian government is the only government in the Balkans that is working to redress that situation by enticing investment and it looks like its working. In Kragujevac alone Siemens has recently bought about 200 hectares of land and building its factory which when finished together with ancillary industries to support the main factory will employ up to 7,000 people. This is only one place there are others.
Kosovo’s constitution requires to be amended before an army can be formed and it stipulates that all parties must agree to the amendment not just Albos otherwise it fails. Even the EU and NATO have said as much. NATO has no objections provided all parties agree to an amendment. No army unless you take stupidity pills.

The difference is that the Serbian government is the only government in the Balkans that is working to redress that situation by enticing investment and it looks like its working. In Kragujevac alone Siemens has recently bought about 200 hectares of land and building its factory which when finished together with ancillary industries to support the main factory will employ up to 7,000 people. This is only one place there are others.
Kosovo’s constitution requires to be amended before an army can be formed and it stipulates that all parties must agree to the amendment not just Albos otherwise it fails. Even the EU and NATO have said as much. NATO has no objections provided all parties agree to an amendment. No army unless you take stupidity pills.

It was suppose to be in U.S.A filmed as a western but they couldn't find a more beautiful place then in Croatia. I'm sure you will recognize the western.

Bottom line Kosovo will have an Army, not as big as Serbia's but it dosen't matter because there isn't going to be another war in the Balkans, EU and US can not tolerate this shit, so everyone needs to chill

Currently there is no train, few years ago a travel by train was 2 hours which is a horror. The monies will be stolen anyway - at least we get something back.
Beats the craze of Orbán ("let's build football stadiums because that's my hobby"), every football game abroad means he is flying there in his private jet. The Chinese + Russian railroad is better.

We make High Speed trains and shipped world wide and parts to other country's railways especially to U.S. You can see how the mixed up Down Under Serbs are so jealous of Croatians here.
