Since UMNIK was placed there by the UNSC, include the US of Piss and Wind, to remove it requires the approval of the UNSC. If NATO does not need permission, although NATO has nothing to do with keeping or removing UMNIK, then why would Piss and Wind write to the UN? Just do it LOL.
I’m not sure what you people are so excited about a formation of an army since you can’t fund it anyway. It would be a token gesture at best.

Yes Antonio Guterres's job is to consider an American initiative, or any other initiative put forward by a member of the UN for that matter, to launch an exit strategy for the UN mission in Kosovo.

However, it has to be approved by a few more important members and sadly for the US of Windbags that is not happening soon LOL.

When will Piss and Wind learn????? Looks like Tillerson never completed the job of getting rid of the Victoria Nuland types - inept and incompetent aka Nikki Haley is just one of many and for the record she jumped before being pushed by Trump LOL.

I know it’s a recurring nightmare for you, but the NATO bombing of Serbia did not require the permission of neither the UN, Russia or China, hee,hee, hee. As a matter of fact, neither was the bombing of the Chinese embassy/Serb TV station. So, what makes you think Nato needs permission to drop UNMIK and help form the Republic of Kosova military.

Upon the NATO bombing of Serbia, the UN was weakened beyond repair. Now, the UN lacks respect, particularly of Russia and China. It’s time to limit the power of the UN to sending powdered milk for starving children.
