Prime minister speaks after Dublin Regulation death threat

Serbian PM Ana Brnabic has denied that Serbia is a signatory to the Dublin Regulation on accepting those migrants who have no basis of staying in the EU.

For staters he never said it was true. He said IF it was true and if Serbian government ever signs such a thing then they should be given a death sentence for treason.
It would be treason to import enemy into your country. Having seen what these "migrants" are doing and how they are occupying countries bit by bit if Serbia brings them in then they are guilty of treason.
If ordinary people and the armed forces can be tried for treason when they betray their country why can't the politicians who can make treason legal by making such dangerous decisions?
