Are you aware that one of the roots of the problem are American expats?
Please compare the life quality for American men in Kosovo (Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, Georgia) vs. the life quality in the States.

In one place you can get what you want, many times a day (guess, where).
That is programmed into your genes, you need that "thing" no matter, what.

In the other place you can't even look at a woman and be confident, you don't need to talk to her lawyer the next day. (Unless she happen to be Serb, Albanian, Russian, German, etc. by accident)

And if you are über-lucky with her being not lawyer-centric: you can't be sure, she is not looking at your money after all. When you may discover the truth - it's probably way to late.

Now look at Kosovo (China, Serbia, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia, BiH, blah-blah-blah). From point of view of man's little (but important) body part they look like paradise on Earth in comparison with the States (Canada, Australia, UK).
