Belgrade will then walk away and leave Kosovo to continue rot. Those who keep bleating that joining the EU means recognition, don't even think about it. Even if everything runs without a hitch the EU will not accept anymore new members until 2030 at the very earliest. The EU is still printing money (not a good economic sign for those that don't understand) does not have the funds to meet their obligations for any new members.
