If, as said, NATO would do something then it was a golden opportunity for NATO/Pristina to fulfill that plan. There is more to this episode than you think. As far as the administrative zone is concerned there are no KFOR troops there either. Its all part of an agreement. This incident was started by your Thaci to show he can move anywhere, but it certainly doesn’t look like he moves freely since he requires 100 heavily armed men – so much for being el president of Kosova LOL.
