Then Mladic was blamed for the arrest and ethnic cleansing of Muslims in Prijedor, Kljuc and Sanski Most, which occurred in April 1992. However, Mladic took command of all operations in BiH on 12 May 1992. In fact, Mladic was not even in BiH in April.
