Why would the Republic of Kosova ever ask KFOR/NATO to leave? Kosova is a member of NATO without ever having to legally pay membership dues. Where as Serbia has to eat into its Teasury to pay for the Military Junk of Russia, all the while being snickered at under Russia’s breath with contempt.
