The community of municipalities will not be formed before nor after Kosovo gets a UN seat. Albanians are notorious liars and should never be trusted. Serbs should go ahead and do it on their own.

Kosovo is not an independent country. It does not deserve UN membership. It only exists by the grace of Germany, the UK and the USA.

This shows that they never had the intent to form the Association. EU needs to respond with the consequences of not following up on an agreement. Clearly, the Kosovo government is not trustworthy.

Deputy Kosovo Prime Minister Enver Hoxhaj says the Community of Serb Municipalities (ZSO) "will not be formed before Kosovo gets the UN chair."

Check with who is in charge with the UN storage. They may have some chairs left over from
the last renovation project. If you are lucky, they might give you a seat in the back room while
you wait for your delegation.
In any event, just don't tell them that I sent you.

Serbs never signed onto the Ahtisaari plan. Therefore, how can the Serbs expect the Albanians to agree to forming ZSO before Kosova is recognized by Serbia and becomes a UN member. Why should the Albanians trust the Serbs. All one has to do is read b92 and notice all the daily lies of the Serb gov’t.

Too bad that deal didn't include Spain, Cyprus, Russia, China, and others that still won't recognize Kosovo as an independent state regardless. Serbia's not your only problem.

We'll talk about Spain when Serbia stops anti-Kosova lobbying activities. It wasn't Spain that signed that agreement, it was Serbia. So don't ask from others to comply by agreements when you don't.
