The actual truth is that Switzerland, and other founding Interpol members like the Kingdom of Serbs, Slovenes and Croats, were members of Interpol in 1923 and not the UN, because the UN did not exist at the time. It appears your severe deficiency in English language punctuation has translated into trouble understanding the existence of organizations and countries.
