Pandora's box was opened back in 1991 by the EC appointed Badinter Commission that freely ruled dividing a country along its administrative borders is absolutely fine, despite the 1975 Helsinki Final Act that clearly states that both sides must agree.

Europe is judge, jury and executioner and NEVER responsible for the consequences of their own actions. They simply cannot let the peasants decide...

Who cares what germany says? They cannot even control their own country lately. Take a look in the mirror merkel, you have ruined your country with 3rd world scum. Germany will be holding serbia out of the eu well past 2025, take this opportunity to repair your relationship to some kind of normalcy with an actual historical ally, the usa. Trump is opposite of any us politician the serbs have dealt with is the past 30+ years. A fairly good relationship eithe the usa and a strong relationship with russia means germany is irrelevant.

Pandoras box was opened back in 1999 by the nato forces! Its too late for germany and US to kick and scream and sook about the crap they created! They have set a new precident that will be taken advantage of by russia and China! We already seen it happen in ukraine and georgia!

If Kosovo and Serbia, in mutual agreement, peacefully discussed and properly reasoned out by both parties (but without the involvement of any other parties) decide that it is in their mutual best interests to make a territory swap, what would that have to do with any other country?

Whether they could achieve an agreement is highly unlikely. If they did however, it would not be the business of Merle or others to interfere.

It would be rather good all round if they could come to a mature arrangement while keeping their peoples on side with it.
