There is a border and there always be a border between Kosova and Serbia

I don’t know what fairytale his living.
I came in from Bujanovc to go to Gjilan, and there was a boarder, I first entered the Serbian cabin, he was nice chap dressed with Serbian boarder uniform had a Serbian flag on his shoulders, and he spoke Albanian to me. had a strong accent, He asked me for my documents and if I had anything to declare in the car. I replied back with Albanian language.
Then a few meters away I approached the Kosovan boarder, he asked me the same thing.
So I don’t understand how can someone be delusional and come out lie to it’s own people saying there’s no boarders? I don’t understand why Serbs still support this guy.

It is unbelievable with Serbia. Many nations live today in peace with their neighbours, (example France and Germany) which have been in war many times. Germany has paid France for the damages it has caused France, and today they live like nothing happend between them. Kosova is ready to have a good relationship with Serbia, but Serbia is right now fighting more to get Kosova back, then to have a good relationship. The war is over - let us fight for peace together, because in 100 years, none of us will be here anymore, but our children will be, and they should live in peace and not follow our path.

But as I see it, with this mentality Serbia has right now, it is not ready to let go. Also for Kosova and Serbia to be good neighbours, Serbia has to apologize for the crime they have done, and also pay all the damage it has caused in the war.

If you don't see that, then you are not human. It is that simple.

That's where you get confused, dear, because ICJ did not rule that "it's NOT illegal to "DECLARE" something". ICJ ruled that that the declaration of independence of Kosovo adopted on 17 February 2008 did not violate international law.
