Now Albania on the other hand is a different story. First, it's too big for it's "Natural" size. And second, it has minorities than I can't imagine a worse fate living in any other country.

Time to revisit the Treaty of London 1912 and give back occupied Northern Epiros to Greece, it's rightful owner. This should extend north as far as Berat. Also, areas of eastern Albania need to be given to Macedonia, while northern Albania needs to be either given to Montenegro or Serbia, depending on referendum.

The talks are to deal with the normalization of relations between Serbia and Kosovo along with agreements on issues affecting the lives of the citizens in Kosovo. Adding three Serbian cities to Kosovo is not a part of the agenda, particularly when there is no gain for Serbia in this. why not creating a state called Illyria. this state will be confederation of parts like Serbia, Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Vojvodina, Macedonia. You Serbs like to say that you are successors of Illyrians we also are successors of Illyrians but also Montenegrins and Macedonians. I am not against this. Jimy ( one m )parents were from a village or town call Florina. He's not 100% sure his mother wasn't greek, but his dad is Albanian from town called Korca. After WW2, they moved to Tirana because of employment opportunities, and this was where Jimy was born. It was a difficult life because they were Orthodox and Tirana was mostly Muslim.
And I'm not sure what you're talking about nor do I care, but Albanians from or in Kosovo were/are considered "cobani"..simple sheep-herding folk.

Correction means that Kosovo gets Presevo Valley, while Serbia gets parts of the 3 northern Kosovo municipalities, but not 100% of them because there are some Albanian areas there. That's all he meant.

It’s true that there are many rural minded people in Kosovo, but every state/country has that issue, just like they have more modern and progressive thinkers. That doesn’t mean that Albania wouldn’t want the backward thinkers though, and even if it didn’t it’s not like you can just give Pristina to Albania, you have to give the adjoining areas too lol... Either way, I think the solution will be that parts of Presevo Valley will go to Kosovo and parts of Northern Kosovo will go to Serbia. So it won’t be an exact swap, but a freshly demarcated one. That will take care of the demarcation issue as well. The real problem I see is not Serbia or Kosovo agreeing though, but Russia’s interference. Even if Serbia and Kosovo agree, it doesn’t mean that Russia will be happy with it and allow Kosovo to join the UN. I think Kosovo might have to join Albania in order to force Russia’s hand into recognizing, since it wouldn’t be serious for Russia not to recognize an entire nation.

One day after Serbs in Northern Kosovo said they'd declare autonomy, the Albanian PM announced NATO will invest EUR50M to build its first airbase in the Balkans and modernize the Albanian Air Force and this is only phase 1. That is a nice addition to the largest US military base in the Balkans (in Kosovo).

It’s true that there are many rural minded people in Kosovo, but every state/country has that issue, just like they have more modern and progressive thinkers. That doesn’t mean that Albania wouldn’t want the backward thinkers though, and even if it didn’t it’s not like you can just give Pristina to Albania, you have to give the adjoining areas too lol... Either way, I think the solution will be that parts of Presevo Valley will go to Kosovo and parts of Northern Kosovo will go to Serbia. So it won’t be an exact swap, but a freshly demarcated one. That will take care of the demarcation issue as well. The real problem I see is not Serbia or Kosovo agreeing though, but Russia’s interference. Even if Serbia and Kosovo agree, it doesn’t mean that Russia will be happy with it and allow Kosovo to join the UN. I think Kosovo might have to join Albania in order to force Russia’s hand into recognizing, since it wouldn’t be serious for Russia not to recognize an entire nation.

Why not follow Russia’s forced reclaiming of Crimea. In the early 1950’s Tito attempted to rebalance the Serb population of Kosovo/a by swapping Eastern Kosova/o which had an Albanian majority for the Serb majority towns in North Kosovo/a. Just swap back to the original boundaries and be done with it!
