Russians become biggest direct investors in Balkans

Our resident Albos constantly crow about the lack of Russian investment in Serbia then this comes out. I wonder what they are going to say about this?
Russians, Austria, Germany and even the US invest in Serbia, but how many have invested in Kosova? No one because as one Albo said its the Switzerland of the Balkans and they dont need it.

The fact that, only in 5 years it attracted 8 times more investments from Austria than what Serbia attracted in a 9 year period, even though it is much smaller, should make you cry, not celebrate.

I am well aware what it says, but its your Albos cries what has Russia invested in Serbia and their answer was always nothing. In fact the Russians have invested more in RS than Serbia mate.
What has anyone invested in Kosova? NOTHING.
