Mrs Radeta has right to "opinion" and freedom of speech.
Mrs Gojkivic expressing "condolence," may also offend a large part of serbian society and naming the street after dead woman in N Pazar may too offend. And there always be someone to protest against. Mrs Radeta did not commit a sin, nor broken a low. It's an opinion that she is entitled to make or her party.
