So, the FCO and friends publish a report justifying further interference in the Balkans by the west because the savages cannot be trusted to make the right choices. The FCO has also provided funds for the BBC World Service in Serbian to return after many years and has also announced that it will send more of its 'military advisors' to the region... to help. Whom? Itself of course.

You can be sure that UK will stop anyone else having influence in the region, even if it means destroying it to save it.

With an absent Russia for the last 2 decades west's gdp growth and other economic indicators have gone from bad to very bad. You see degradation and poverty everywhere in Europe. People look like mad very nervous very desperate. There is Russian support for destabilizing activities in Bosnia and report "cited media reports in early 2018 that local police were purchasing 'long-barreled weapons' from Russia, ".
It was made up by Guardian and other media carried it on. They said that RS is procuring weapons worth nearly 1 million dollars, and that purchase is arranged without consent from Sarajevo, also wondering why RS police would need million dollars of weapons?
Guardian also stated that RS Police Counter-Terrorism Training Center will open in Zaluzani, near Banja Luka in April where Russian special forces will provide counter-terrorist training in the Serb entity.
Guardian story quickly became a topic in every newspaper in Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia...
The story quickly unfolded - Why RS Police need million dollars weapons purchase? Why not? They forgot to mention that Canton Sarajevo Police alone procured 1 million dollars worth of weapons in the same period.
Weapons entered country legally, and Customs permit was issued in Sarajevo, and it wasn't smuggled as Guardian and other UK papers claimed.
Weapons wasn't purchased from Russia, but from Serbia.
Instructors in Zaluzani Training Centre were not from Russia, but from US and EU...
