In the real world, the US/UK/West wants UNSC meetings over Kosovo to be scrapped altogether because there is no longer a need for them. Kosovo is independent and Dacic is wasting everyone’s time because he wants to remain relevant in the eyes of the 20th century nationalists that vote for his party.

Serbs are happy with the frozen conflict as we know things will only get better and that is why the west is attempting to push through a solution now, while they can still save face. It is only the Albanians who can't see that the world has changed. They are still living in the 90s, where fake news ruled supreme.

Actually Kosovo is increasing its GDP at the same rate as the rest of the Balkans, so there is nothing stagnating or ghetto about it. If it's doing as well or better than the others, you can't really say that it's struggling. Serbia is the one struggling with trying to show that it's pro-EU while sleeping with Putin.
