Macedonia deal signed, protests in Skopje

Its great to see the new agreement has already brought peace and stability to Macedonia, it looks like it is going to be all sunshine and roses for Macedonia here on in…

And there will likely be even more peace on the streets in the coming months’ when the Agreement is implement, and the Republic of ‘North’ Macedonia is placed under Greek administration and the Macedonian people in ‘North’ Macedonia suffer the same oppression currently employed on the ethnic Macedonian people over the border in Greece. Have a read of the Agreement, chiefly Article 8 section 3 and Section 5 of the agreement for starters, and let me know if you think this is what a sovereign and independent state would agree to.

Article 8 (3)
“The Second Party shall not use again in any way and in all forms the symbol formerly displayed on its former national flag. Within six months of entry into force of this Agreement, the Second Party shall proceed to the removal of the symbol displayed on its former national flag from all public sites and public usages on its territory.”

Article 8 (5)
"Within one month of the signing of this Agreement, the Parties shall establish a Joint Inter-Disciplinary Committee of Experts on historic, archaeological and educational matters and shall revise any school textbooks and school auxiliary material such as maps, historical atlases, teaching guides, to ensure no school textbooks. Contains any irredentist/revisionist references."

Imagine a scenario were Serbia capitulates to Croatian pressure in the pursuit of EU membership and agrees to an agreement were Serbs are no longer allowed to use the Serbian Cross (Only Unity Saves Serbs) And Serbia has to agree to Croatian historians re-writing Serbian history books which would be taught to Serbian children at schools… This is what the Current agreement is asking of Macedonia in addition to the name change.
