Lenny, Lenny what did the Chinese spend this “5 billion” on in Croatia? I know they did not buy any ports since those rusting infrastructures carry huge debts. The Chinese have not invested in roads, rail, airports or bridges there. So where they invest in Croatia? The only thing China gave Croatia was the middle finger. How many times has the Chinese President visited Croatia? He no come over last time after he spent three days in Serbia LOL?
