Germany's Lidl launches logistics center near Belgrade

This thread here reminds me of a conversation I had with Ataman months ago. Ataman said that one of the reasons why we have high prices like Europe and people cant afford basic stuff was that we dont have these chain discount stores. Now it would be interesting to discuss here what can be the impact of these discount stores on the local market and on local products. I think they can also destroy our local products since our farmers face many difficulties and cant lower prices for objective reasons so these stores can become unfair competition. What I would suggest is to oblige these stores to sell also local products from local farmers.
