The notion that the UK sends soldiers beyond its own borders to “prevent” meddling, is oxymoronic.

UK navy ships are very old and spend more time in the dockyards being repaired than at sea.

Britain's armed forces are now at their smallest since the Napoleonic wars. The size of the Army has been cut from more than 100,000 to 82,000 since 2010.

Speculation is that there were plans to cut the UK military by 14,000 service personnel, nine warships and 100 helicopters.

But they still have 40 soldiers to send to Bosnia to prevent the Russians from taking over. Talk about a deluded government.

We are getting the desired response evidenced by the resident amamtuer trolls. Russia will be once again humiliated by their futile attempt at interfering with Bosnia’s internal affairs.
