Kosova did not make it to UNESCO FOR 3-4 votes short of 2/3 of UN Members required! If you call that a win for Serbia, you are dumber than I thought!

Only selective Serb military sites were bombed in Kosova by NATO. Majority of bombing was don in Serbia proper. Actually 80% of bombing was done in Serbia.
